- The Creator agrees to attend and produce content covering the event.

2. Creator Responsibilities

The Creator agrees to:
- Attend the event and provide agreed coverage.
- Tag or mention the event/organizer in published content.
- Conduct themselves professionally during the event.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

- The Organizer will provide agreed access and collaboration support for coverage.

4. Content Usage

The Organizer may repost or share event content created by the Creator with proper credit.

5. Cancellation Policy (Important)

- The event takes place on 6 March 2026.
- Any cancellation by the Creator must be communicated no later than 14 days before the event (20 February 2026).
- Cancellations made after 20 February 2026, or failure to attend without prior notice, may result in exclusion from future collaborations and events.
- The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel or adjust participation due to unforeseen circumstances, with timely notice provided.

6. Agreement Acceptance:

- Submission of the application implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
